Hardware techniques are very popular in cosmetology. They affect all parts of the body and are able to solve various aesthetic problems. Some of them have been known for a long time and do not miss the question. Others are only gaining popularity (due to various circumstances), while some are becoming outdated and becoming less popular.
In this analysis we will consider the cosmetic procedures performed on various devices. The analysis is performed on the basis of the key phrase statistics service and the trend service. We will identify techniques that have stable popularity, techniques with declining and growing demand.
Popularity table of the method

Losing popularity
There aren't many of these procedures, however, they are less in demand among patients. This happened for various reasons, which we will analyze in more detail.
Myostimulation
This procedure involves exposing the muscles to an electric current, thereby strengthening them. This procedure is used to correct the body without going to the gym. With a high probability, the decline in popularity of the procedure is due to the fact that there are other equally effective techniques, which, moreover, affect not only the muscles, but also affect the condition of the skin, improve metabolism in tissues, thanks to the improvementblood circulation (e. g. vacuum roller massage).
At the same time, the decline is very slow and can be seen in the dynamics over 5 years.
Photoepilation
This is a pulsed light hair removal method. Although the method is not traumatic and effective enough, laser hair removal, which is one of the most requested procedures, is considered to be more effective. That's why photoepilation is becoming less and less popular. At the same time, there is a clear downward trend.
Nanoperforation
A procedure that involves microscopic perforation of the skin with laser rays. It is performed to rejuvenate the skin (mainly the face). However, there are now more advanced laser rejuvenation techniques that patients prefer to perform more often.
The downward trend has been observed for the past 2 years.
Microdermabrasion
This is skin resurfacing with microcrystals. Although one of the more delicate methods, however, carbon propulsion and hydroelectricity, which are now gaining popularity, are replacing this procedure, which is clearly seen in the trend of the last couple of years.
Techniques with stable popularity
In cosmetology, most of these techniques, however, some are more popular with patients, others less so.
Growing popularity
These procedures have been known for a long time, but they are becoming popular right now for various reasons. There aren't many similar procedures.
Cryolipolysis
This treatment helps to fight localized fat deposits caused by the cold. It is one of the types of hardware lipolysis. The selected area is exposed to cold down to -5 degrees using a special cryolipolysis apparatus. Also, the procedure is painless and quite safe.
Carbon peeling
It is a modern way to cleanse and rejuvenate the skin. The main advantage of carbon peeling is the absence of side effects and the minimum number of contraindications. The procedure is performed using a laser device, while it takes very little time.
SMAS lifting
This is a non-surgical face lift technique, which is why the procedure is becoming more and more popular every day. The device has an ultrasound effect, which allows to cover even the deep layers of the epidermis, "stimulating" the internal processes, restoring the elasticity of the collagen fibers. The procedure is carried out using SMAS lifting devices.
Hydropeeling
An innovative technique for non-invasive skin rejuvenation (mainly of the face). For the procedure, the master uses disposable spiral nozzles (3 pieces per session), they gently cleanse the skin. Subsequently, multifunctional serums are applied to the skin, thanks to a good cleaning of the hardware, their effect is increased many times, this gives an excellent effect.
Permanent make-up
This technique allows you to use a special appliance to make a permanent design that mimics real makeup. A special coloring pigment is introduced into the epidermis and the upper layer of the dermis, which remains for a long time. This greatly reduces the time it takes to apply cosmetics and create the perfect makeup. The technique is almost identical to tattoos, but the pigment doesn't stay forever.
Conclusion
According to our estimates, this trend will occur in the next 1-2 years. Perhaps some new methods will appear and the old ones will disappear completely.
